Americas' Radio and Television Summit

Representatives of the main radio and TV stations from the three Americas, businesspeople, broadcasting professionals, experts, and Brazilian and American public authorities are ready to meet in Washington, DC, on May 14th for another round of debates on topics that impact broadcasting in Brazil and the United States.

The summit is an initiative of ABERT and the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), with the institutional support of the International Association of Broadcasting (AIR). The event continues the discussion initiated in Lisbon (Portugal) and Madrid (Spain) last year.

The meeting will be at NAB headquarters from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and brings panels about the broadcasting panorama in Brazil and the United States, the regulatory asymmetry between the sector and digital platforms, the regulation of remuneration for the use of journalistic content by big techs, and the arrival of Artificial Intelligence.
